- "Service Provider" refers to any individual or business registered on the platform to offer services.
- "User" refers to both customers and service providers.

3. Platform Use
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use InitialConnect. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3.2 Account Registration
To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update this information as necessary.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
3.4 Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Post false, misleading or fraudulent content
- Harass, abuse or harm other users
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Service Providers
4.1 Verification
All service providers on InitialConnect undergo a manual legitimacy audit to verify their business registration and professional standing. However, InitialConnect does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of services offered by providers.
4.2 Provider Responsibilities
Service providers agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about their services, qualifications and experience
- Hold all required licences, certifications and insurance for the services they offer
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Treat customers with professionalism and respect
- Honour agreed prices and terms with customers
4.3 Subscription Plans
Service providers may access premium features through paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed as agreed at the time of signup. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4.4 Early Bird Offer
Service providers who register before 17th June 2026 are eligible for a 15% discount on their monthly subscription or 20% off their annual subscription. A promo code will be sent to the registered email address. This offer is limited, non-transferable and subject to availability.
5. Customers
5.1 Free Access
The InitialConnect platform is free for customers to use. There are no transaction fees or commissions charged to customers for posting jobs or contacting service providers.
5.2 Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when posting job requests
- Communicate respectfully with service providers
- Only post genuine job requests
- Arrange payment directly with service providers as agreed
5.3 Payments
InitialConnect does not process or handle payments between customers and service providers. All payment arrangements are made directly between the customer and the service provider. InitialConnect accepts no responsibility for any payment disputes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the InitialConnect platform, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics and software, is the property of InitialConnect and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content on the platform without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
InitialConnect provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any content on the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InitialConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or services obtained through the platform.
InitialConnect acts solely as a marketplace connecting customers with service providers. We are not a party to any agreement between customers and service providers and accept no responsibility for the quality, safety or outcome of any services arranged through the platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform or other users.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
